Right age for having a BF/GF

anyone?
Not too young and not too old...that is the range?

nature gave us the ability to reproduce at the age of 12, so i say 12 =D

I beg to differ.
After learning things the hard way, I'd prefer to include other minimum criteria, apart from age, to have a bf/gf:

1. Minimum a GCE-O level full cert (Would you want someone who can't even count his/her own bank money?)
   
2. Average or higher level of EQ & IQ
   
3. Stable career (Must be able to feed himself/herself & his/her family first)
   
4. Financially stable (same as 3, plus he/she better make sure he/she can afford to pay for expenses if he/she wants to go out with me; I'm your bf/gf, not your "client")
   
5. See things with an open-mind (to those narrow-minded people, sorry, I'm not your type)
   
6. Not over-possessive (My parents don't even demand that I call them every single day, think what, Army ah, must report strength every now & then?)
   
7. Morally upright, has integrity
   
8. Wise-spender (e.g. a 14yo girl spending $400 on an LV wallet is a spendthrift)
   
9. Humble
   
10. Filial to most elders (why not all elderz? because I've seen a MINORITY of such elders who would abuse their seniority & make unreasonable demands or behave in unruly manners)
    
11. Good-tempered (Who would want a bf/gf with a short-temper & gets jealous very easily?)
    
12. Has good PR skills (exclude flirting)
