Logged in with correct username & password BUT...

...I was prompted that I had entered the incorrect password!
I double-checked my records, made sure that Caps Lock is off, but still, the same problem persisted.

By the time I tried to register for a new account, the Registration Page was already offline.

Could any kind soul(s) help me please?
